I'm building Clustral AI. Generative AI fails in the enterprise for unglamorous reasons — evaluation, observability, cost, latency — and Clustral is the layer that answers them. I lead it as technical founder, from the architecture down to the code.
Alongside it I own the GenAI development lifecycle for Alternative Investments at JPMorganChase, and set the evaluation, observability and responsible-AI standard across the AWM engineering org.

Led a team of four building the enterprise RAG platform used by 4,500 employees. Cut time-to-first-token from a 180-second worst case to a consistent five, and took about $73K a year off the LLM bill through model routing, semantic caching and prompt work. Built agentic systems with multi-store retrieval and MCP servers for ServiceNow, GitHub and Azure, deployed on Kubernetes with Terraform and Helm.
